Comments:
As I've been told, the trail was fairly overgrown. In fact, it was sketchy in parts. I felt totally fine aside from residue fatigue from the long run yesterday. Stretched a bit once I got back. Strength this morning was Planks, Pleg lifts, heel-toe walks, and superpeople.
