Comments:
Ok grind today. It was a nice fall, crisp day. Leaves crunching under my shoes. Waterfront trail was mostly empty, faced a stiff wind on the way in. Finished up behind IHS and down Linn St extended a little bit. Felt ok today, not a significant pep but kept my legs moving just fine. Refreshed after a slow, non-engaged day of work.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back. Feel some tightness in my ITs but again, I think thats from sitting and not going outside at all during the day.
