Comments:
Emily worked on my neck and shoulder blade yesterday and it was really helpful! Best scapula swing I've felt in a long time!
Easy run only with CA. There was some discussion to do a workout but, frankly? I just want to keep getting in base, efficient and feel-good miles!
So we ran easy.
CA didn't feel very good. I did, so it was hard to hold back! Thankfully she had to peel off to deuce, so I picked it up over the final two miles.
Felt SO GOOD! Strong, efficient! Nearly effortless! So encouraging!
