Because yesterday should've been a Hill loop and tomorrow should be a workout, Tom combined the two to make today a Hill Loop with some parts run all-out. Took riders mill hard and BOY was that a lung-buster. Second rep was a rip, then final one was decent. Cooled down back to campus. Strength this morning was Single-leg Bridges, Glute Bridges, Heel-toe walks, and Superpeople
