Comments:
It was another nice fall day. I didnt feel like going too far, and I didnt. Started out fast then slowed down a bit I was definitely sore and tight from yesterday, all through my ankles and calves. It was a nice shakeout though and I enjoyed the crunch of the leaves.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
I got a good stretch and roll in, needed that on my ITs as well as my calves. Felt a little rushed today and didnt have time to settle into the consistent pace today.
