Comments:
After team photos, split up and ran on our own. Had not done this run before. Pants, Rod, Shep and I went down the various horse/private trails and upwards of 1 dozen and a half dogs, it seemed. My Right knee kinda bugged me the last 3 miles but got much better once we got closer to campus. Stretched fully afterwards and felt worlds better. Strength this morning was Single-leg bridges, glute bridges, heel-toe walks, and superpeople.
