easy 4. fartlek this afternoon with a friend it's something like 4x(90on/90off, 60on/60off, 30on/30off, 15on/15off). should be interesting. hopefully it warms up a bit. was going to double yesterday when i found out my friend wanted to do a workout this morning so i figured it'd be beneficial to run again in the afternoon as a shakeout. then he texted me at 3am saying we should do it in the afternoon. oh well, that's the way it goes. doubling anyway, and medium long tomorrow, just switched the two days.
