Comments:
Crisp clear and clean perfect weather today. I was takin it kinda chill. Ryan came over in the afternoon and we hung out for a while which was really cool. I had a good pace today up and down the hills, just getting it in. Was careful on the rocks also on the trail.

Essentials: Stretch

Didnt stretch all that much when I got back. Might feel sore later. Foot kinda sore on the right as well. Shoe might have been tied weird.
