Comments:
Met 8:30 Saunders group (Rod, Gaba, Izzy, Max, and Buckley) at the bridge and got going. Beautiful morning. After we got out of the woods, ran directly back with Max and Izzy while the others extended. Such a shame I hadn't discovered this run before! Great trails, great company, magnificent weather, all-around a great way to close out this week's training. Stretched fully afterward. Once again, my highest weekly mileage ever, but only by a stone's throw.
