Waterfront Trail

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We went hiking in Finger Lakes National Forest in the morning and put in some good mileage actually. I didnt think it would impact my run, but it did, I was tired before going and starting out. Went Taber St then did the waterfront to Cayuga. I had to pee pretty bad in the beginning so that might have kept my pace up. Coming back down Cayuga was slow, legs feel heavy and I was real hungry.

Essentials: Stretch

Better stretch when I got back, but legs still heavy and sore. Consistent mileage this week with some other stuff thrown in. Its the best weather of the year right now so I got to get these streets in.
