Comments:
Another fine weather day. Felt a little more upbeat compared to the slog of yesterday, and that actually got me out the door. Did a full loop the IHS and back on Linn St. Felt pretty good actually. Left Achilles felt real sore a few random times, but I noticed that throughout the day too. Kept my pace however.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and had to roll out my calves. I noticed after yesterday and hiking this weekend that I was just so sore and not in good running groove. Why not though? This is my weather. Its perfect now.
