Comments:
Exceptionally uninterested today. Not good. This slog hit me hard for sure, I need a new groove. Run was not good either. Felt tightness and soreness in my Achillies/calf on the left side. Tried to make something, but it wasnt worth it. Went up Buffalo a little bit but came back down Seneca.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Stretch and roll best I could, but this might be an overuse thing or an old shoe thing. Had some good weeks there too. Need to ice and stretch and Advil for a while now and keep an eye on it.
