Achilles and calf is still tight. Not a good idea to run. I wanted to get out and get some exercise/fresh air so I went all in on a bike ride. Went down to Remington then wandered up through Cayuga Heights to Community Corners then came back through campus and down University. I took the hills hard, pushed it because thats where the effort comes out. On the downhills, there isnt much to do. Got a good pump in there and in Cayuga Heights its good to wind up the hills and flats. Storms looked like they were rolling in also, so I took it fast to get back before it got too dark out. Calf tight and throbbing afterwards, so it must be from overuse. Need to ice and recover for now.
