Weather: supaaa hot, about 101 to be exact

okay so I tried to do the math and guess how far we ran but eventually I gave up because I know I would have gotten it wrong so I just looked on syd's because I didnt keep a total running time on my watch either.
I felt a lot better today than yesterday's run but I wasn't really focused on the soreness just the time. on the last K I just didn't want to let the group down so I felt like I had more of something to run for, I liked that we were all encouraging to make the right time.
