Comments:
Ran a workout with the XC guys and felt really comfortable. Did 3 sets of 400-800-800-400 each with a 90 second walk/jog between and a mile warm-up, mile cool down. My times were ~ (82, 2:54, 2:53, 82)(82, 2:51, 2:50, 82)(81, 2:47, 2:44, 80).
