A bit warmer out there but had the chance to hop in Darby Creek (the same waterway frequented by a young Frank Sheeran). Nice recovery day ahead of the workout tomorrow and Tempo Harriton on Saturday. Stretched fully afterward. Strength was Single-leg bridges, Glute bridges, heel-toe walks, and superpeople.
