Comments:
Another beautiful day out there to do this classic jaunt, but not at a butt-kicking effort, with Shep and Denton. Stretched fully afterward in addition to some group strength (Planks, Leg raises, Schindel leg presses, and Circle pushups). Strength this morning was Single-leg bridges, Glute Bridges, Heel-toe walks, and Superpeople.
