Comments:
Still slogging today. Im in the tough waiting period now, 3 months later. Days are a drag so a run is definitely the highlight. Felt kinda crampy today, and it gets dark during the run. I made it through today though at an ok pace. Shoes feeling burnt out now.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back. Felt sore and heavy this week and consecutive run days will probably continue to do that.
