Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A run was good today. Ontop of all the craziness, restlessness and anxiety, the weather and the streets are nice for a run. Went out Albany and back Cayuga. Its getting real real dark now and I needed to be careful of the sidewalks and leaves. Felt pretty good today after feeling blah right before heading out. I think pace was decent. Shoes still feeling flat.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back. It was real dark as I walked in the door. Hip flexor was sore this morning but felt totally fine while running.
