In the spirit of a Tuesday hill loop I did 6xThe Sedge at like 6:30 pace with going down the opposite street’s hill as recovery. First three felt really good, but got harder after. Last two really sucked the life out of me. Wasn’t really sure how many I should do, but after the 6th one it felt like it was time to stop. Did a long cool down going down Loughboro to CCT (where I had to make a poop stop ugh) and then back home via Sangamore. Want to make this a solid week of training so will probably do some sort of fartleks Thursday and tempo or steady Saturday.
