Comments:
A little chilly out today. After feeling so blobby yesterday, a run was in order and I am glad I went out on it. If you keep moving then it feels fine, so I kept up the pace. Came back down Linn St and straight across Aurora now that it is open. Too cold to sit and dine outside. Finished up pretty strong today.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back. Hammy is fine it wasn't tight while running at all. Still tight and should roll around a little more. Felt good to get my legs back under me.
