Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had a workshop in the morning and then did some clean up and more packing. I got really really tired and sleepy though in the afternoon. Running was not the first thing on my mind. Still, got out and did it. Went up Plain to Cascadilla then ran straight up to Stewart and kept going up to Collegetown. Came back down State st and the foot bridge. A little bit of a reversal run but I was looking to do something a little different, getting bored of the same old routes. Hills were tough but I actually felt ok going up them and coming back down was so easy. Temperature was nice today, got by fine without any pants.
Essentials: Stretch
OK stretch when I got back. Good few days of running now so Im in a groove. Now its time to shut down for the two week rest. I will be so sore starting back up...
