Boynton Mile

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A bit cloudy and rainy today. Taking care of things, time to get it. Again, feeling is so weird its been so many months of nothing stimulating, same old same old which I have gotten used to and I new I needed to move onto something new soon. But now its time and you just got to go in and get it done. Thats why we do it. Peace be the journey. Needed to get one last run in before quarantine. Ran down Albany and then did a full Boynton mile before coming back down Aurora and Cayuga. I felt really good today. I am nervous about the journey and the transition but it is the time and I have prepared. Again I can't pass up an opportunity like this. I needed a run today to release my mind even for a few minutes. I think It worked.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back. Legs feel good and the temp was nice. I hope I have the time and stamina to build my mileage up and be ready to race when the time comes. No reason not to and couldn't ask for better stomping grounds out in BC. Time to hit the streets.
