Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Sun went away today. I went for a walk midday to the bike shop and foot was feeling fine, decided I also wanted to get some more exercise so I went out before it got dark. Rain starting to come it, looks like we have rain for a whole week straight coming up... Went down to the beach down on Trimble and back on Tolmie. The beach is legit, bounded by a big park on the right side, beautiful view of the water and West Vancouver. It was misty and cloudy because of the rain, but there were a bunch of huge tanker ships, just sitting out in the water I guess waiting to head to the docks. Not a sight you see everyday. I also didnt know that it was so hilly down there. The shot back up Tolmie was insane grade I had to dig deep. Biking up would have been near impossible. It was good to get some extra effort in there however. Finished up nice and easy back down 16th.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back, feeling kinda sore. Need to ice foot a little bit more but it held up surprisingly on the run. Legs felt good out there too, still wasn't too cold, even though it looks like this is as cold as its gonna get before the rain rolls in. Ill take that I don't mind running in the rain. My socks are wet already.
