2021: coming up with a plan

Comments:
My first run of the year. And I was bad. I pushed myself the whole run, but how could I not? It was cold and drizzling and I had cold pizza at home calling out my name. I wanted the run to be rewarding but also over. It felt so good, but I was breathing hard the whole time and I've started this book: "Complete Book of Women's Running" by Dagny Scott (a little dated), and one of the first pieces of advice for beginners starting out was that your first runs should be easy with easy breathing. I can't get to excited about this! I have to do it by the book ;) and now I have a book.
I approached my running more lax last year just to see if I could do it or not. Now I want to train more seriously.
