Weather: FREEZING COLD / Inside at the YMCA on Tredmill
Comments:
so...I began my long run outside. It was freezing cold (10 degrees without the wind) and windy. It was horrible. Then, I started not to feel good, so I stopped at 26 minutes. I then decided to pretend that the run never happened, so I did an hour run on the tredmill at the YMCA. It was much better, and I felt better. Plus, I made up everything that I was not able to do earlier in the week! Yea!
