Ohhh back at it today. 4 day week is kinda nice actually, gives you a little bit of flexibility and recovery, and time to run. Weather was weird today. Sun out, warm spring feel. Not the wetness we have had past few weeks. It was incredibly pleasant. I ran over to Trafalgar Park and did a loop. Lots of streets and I am not familiar with the roads over there, and they are not laid out logically at all, but I made my way back alright on 29th. Nice hills thrown in also. So many families, kids in the park just enjoying the day, hopefully being safe from COVID. Just nice to see. I felt good today, legs refreshed from switching running with biking. Calves a little sore coming back but I felt smooth.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back, need to roll a little more on my calves. I think if I can fit in one run during the week and hold my long run, Ill be in good shape and balanced out.
