Comments:
Down 46th to River to Neil Potter Plaza. 4 strides, some leg swings, and started on my workout of 8xq-mile at somewhere between mile and 5k pace, giving room for slower reps given the incline of the trail and crowd-dodging, with q-mile cool-downs. Went from a few steps into bridge up to Dorset intersection. Was tough to start but opened up. Getting around people was tough but made it interesting. Extended half-mile cool down after 4. Was decently tired after last rep. Jogged home a shorter way and stretched for 10 before calling it a day. Solid second workout of the week. Long run tomorrow.
