Comments:
Turned out to be a nice day. Was biking around this morning and the rain was on and off. Had coffee and an apple before heading out so my stomach was a little off, but I held up fine. Went out to Cleveland Trail to the entrance of campus then back down Wesbrook Mall a little bit before coming back on the Heron Trail. I think I slowed down a bit on the way back, legs started to feel heavy. Otherwise pace was ok... Not as skippy as yesterday. Satisfied with the distance I put in though back to back. Calves not sore really either, they are strong now from biking and stabilizing in all of the mud out there on the trails.

OK stretch when I got back, just need my legs to rest a little bit. Weather looks like it might be getting cold out next week so Ill have to bundle up. Not used to the cold weather running I realized its been a while... Ehh I expect the memories to come back quickly though.
