Call me Ms. Speedy cause I go whoooooosh. I focused on my breathing the whole time. I started out faster than my normal casual pace because I was cold and then I was very happy to discover I had the energy to maintain it. I didn't believe the time when I came home. Ran across the bridge and back. It was a nice night. It felt like a light push the whole time but I checked if I could keep a conversation (very conveniently at the bottom of the bridge coming back) but I chatted to myself just fine. Fun run. I am like pretty much an olympic marathoner at this point.
