Comments:
Nice clear day but a little overcast and chilly. Ran in the afternoon after catching up on some stuff on campus in the morning. Calves still sore from yesterday so I took it a little smoother today. Went down to 39th and came back up Carnarvon. At Balaclava Park, I had warmed up and did 2 laps on the track with some straight away pickups. They felt surprisingly strong, gave me a boost as I came back on 31st. Many people out and about today since I think rain is coming in the rest of the week. Get it while you can.
Essentials: Stretch
OK stretch when I got back. Calves are sore so I need to roll those out a put but otherwise legs feel like they are revving up nicely.
