Comments:
I felt really good today, though I am not sure why
I had chex +milk for breakfast, then a half block of cheese and snow peas in latin, and a fruit and nut bar and one of each nutrigrain bar color for lunch
(I am going to try to record what I eat on especially good days and esp bad days, try to find a pattern
