Comments:
I was not expecting it to be this nice today. Weather said it was gonna rain but it was brisk and sunny most of the morning. I went down to Kits mid day then came back and tried to muster up energy to run. Calves still a little sore. Went down Crown to the bridle trails then cut straight through on 48th and came back up the hill on Dunbar. Cut over at Memorial West Park and wound back over to Chaldecott. I stopped off to do some striders, mostly to add on mileage but also just shake it out a little bit. They felt pretty good. I just wanted to be outside I realized the fresh air was great. Took it easy back home.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
OK stretch when I got back, need to roll a bit more too. Or just rest, but I can't got more work to do! Glad I didnt go in to the lab today but I not glad I got shit on the checklist piling up this weekend.
