Exercise Type: Run
Weather: cool but humid
Comments:
Ran a recovery to the middle school and back. Forced myself to keep it slow w/ every stride and left the watch at home. My shin splints are bothering me, and there is nothing I can do really. I am not going to stop running because they don't hurt too much if at all when I run, but when I stop they are really really tender right on the front part of my shin. I guess I will just keep icing them after runs b/c that makes them feel better. If someone has a miracle cure let me know.
