Comments:
Just a cloudy, drizzly day. In morning I walked down to NoFrills and it wasn't too rainy, then got around to running in the afternoon. Didnt go into lab today too and that made me feel much lower energy than usual. Took it easy again, calf was a little sore (felt totally fine walking though). Ran down to Top Trail then came back up through Sasamat and the reservoir, which I haven't actually been by before. Stopped off at QEE to pee real quick and decided I could add on a little bit. Ran just up to 14th, looped around the high school then came back on 18th. I think it was a decent add on because legs felt better than yesterday but I didnt want to push it at all. Missed the heavy rain and the fresh air felt good.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back. Calf is tight for sure, need more rolling and icing. I think the movement is important however, as long as I don't overdo it. Need to get some strength and stability back in all my legs, today was a little more comfortable.
