Comments:
I was super sore from yesterday. Lower legs especially and pushed off running till more mid day. It was kinda overcast and windy, a little bit chillier compared to recent days. Ran down 16th to Blenheim then caught up with the water front. Was feeling pretty good, like my legs actually settled in, and the sun was out down near the water, so I kept going over to the soccer fields then looped through the woods and came back up by WPGA and back on Discovery. Must have slowed down coming up the hill, but things felt good and I was happy just to go a little bit further than I have been going. Despite the downturn in mileage, fitness is holding up this felt pretty easy all things considered.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll when I got back, probably need more care throughout the day. I must feel as sore as I did yesterday since I added on and it was all dez streets.
