Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
What a day for a long run. Perfect weather, blue sky, sun, salty breeze near the water. I ran down to Trafalgar first then cut up through Kits to the waterfront. Ran along to the woods in Jericho for a bathroom break and then cut up again by WPGA and back on Crown . I wasn't sure how I was gonna feel today after two solid runs. Legs were real good starting out, but that's because I realized I was down hill and with the wind. Coming back on Pt. Grey Rd I tried to keep the pace, but it was tough in the wind. Once I got into the woods, I felt gassed because that's about as far as I have gone in a while. The way back up the hill was a bit slower, but gave me more time to enjoy the sunshine. Decent number of folks out on the beach, but I bet everyone still thinks its too cold. This is shorts and t-shirt weather!
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back. Again, legs feeling heavy and worn, didnt have much pep. Knees a little sore but calves feeling good. I have done a lot of walking past few days too so that might be keeping thing moving and staying in an equilibrium.
