Comments:
I was in lab pretty much all day getting experiments in. I took a nice lunch break out on the quad, beautiful out. Biked back hydrated up and then headed out for some easy mileage. Wanted to go soft today to I went into the the woods. It was nice in the shade and running later it wasn't hot at all. Wandered around and eventually cut up to 16th and came back to QEE. Did a few laps after a bathroom break with some striders thrown in, just because legs felt so shitty yesterday wanted to open up and work them out. Calf was kinda sore today but I felt much more comfortable than yesterday and able to manage the route.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll when I got back. I like running a little later I think, especially since we have legit sunlight until around 8pm now. You can feel it cooling down and its real nice. Reminds me of those late summer night in Amherst...
