Comments:
Felt SHITTY today: dead legs. Pretty sure shoes are DEAD. F.
Did the usual loop, but the legs just never came around: feet, back, and lateral quads were feeling it.
Form seemed pretty good, though. Got to Main St, and cut it short. Lifted at Anytime -- pretty good lift.
