Comments:
stopped 4 or 5 times to stretch both achilles. they are so tight right now it's unbelievable. they were tight before i stopped running but not this bad, and coming back they're always tight the first couple runs but this is worse than i've ever had it. stopped after 4 because they weren't loosening very much. lots of stretching/icing over the next few hours. core later.
