Comments:
Busy day working at home. It was really nice out though I suppose. Got out a little late but it was nice to get going. Ran down 23rd looped through the park then came back 29th. Added on some striders at the end in Chaldecott just to get some more mileage in and do get my legs moving quickly. Those were real solid the grass is nice. Now my legs are kinda sore though. Definitely feel like I haven't run in a while.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Probably dehydrated when I got back. Did a good stretch and roll but need to roll more. Striders were good but really shook me up and I will probably be pretty sore after this.
