Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
20x200 @ 31-32 with 60 second recovery for first 10 and 25-30 second for second 10

4 mile tempo run with 800 finishing kick

Did all 200's in 32 or under. Really happy with that, form was a mess because I haven't touched a track since September.

4 mile tempo went 5:40 pace on the way out, came back in 5:20-30 pace. Final all out 800 was in 4:55 mile pace. Again, really happy and surprised. Even more surprised because I could have held that kick for longer.

Limiting factor was definitely body control and how cold it was. Legs were badly locked on the tempo run, but a lot I'm sure had to do with just doing the 2's.
