Ride the Ridge

Comments:
More biking around town today, but it didnt take away from my run too much. I wasn't that tired more gased from the sun. It was beaming down when I went out. Stuck to roads mostly, down to 39th then Trafalgar then along Quesnel, and back up 16th. I stayed up on the ridge mostly but you still got to grind for the hills because the beginning is all downhill. I don't think my pace was consistent, had some fast and slow sections, but I felt pretty good especially when a breeze came through.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

I was pretty soaked when I got back, took more time to hydrate and cool down. Need to roll out a little more cause it was all roads out there today. Glad I stayed hydrated I see the athletes in Tokyo now and I know how hot it is in July/August, that shit looks brutal.
