Comments:
Not much energy having fought off a stomach bug over the last days. Just started eating again today. Hoped to get in 6 and did that, but was only able to run 5 of them. The middle mile (3) was done at an walking pace of 4 and an incline of 6. Other than that, ran flat at about a pace of 7. Need to build back up some strength and endurance. Knee didn't hurt.
