We are back! Somehow... today was tough I was just exhausted in lab had 10 mins of rest for lunch but otherwise it was one thing to another until I couldn't take it any more because I knew I needed to run today. Hard to get the shoes on after I biked back. Rain was letting up but I just powered through and had a good run back on my streets. Went Jericho to Blenheim and back up the hill of 16th. Not a lot of people out on the beach. It didnt look like summer anymore. I actually felt pretty good. Legs not heavy. I didnt push the pace but also didnt struggle at any sections. It felt so natural even after not much mileage the past 2 weeks. Didn't get that wet but it was humid and sweaty.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I returned. Also haven't stretched out much lately, thought everything would be creaky. It might be, should roll a little bit. This was a good effort to get back into things this week. Running on Fridays after going into lab is tough but you got to play the game.
