Comments:
we left from west at about 7, got there about 8:30. i waited for awhile, ate three muffins and a banana, and then it wastime to start warming up. we started warming up way too early, about 2 or 3 hours before our race. ryan wasin heat 3 and zack and i were in heat 5. ryan went and had a time of 3:00. heat 5 started. i started off 4th from last. the first lap, on the bleachers side, i passed 5 people. then i passed two people consistantly on each lap after that. i felt really good, and when i heard the bell for the last lap, i took off and passed zack and came in 1st in my heat with a time of 2:53. then i cooled down with ryan
