Took yesterday off as my legs needed a rest. Stuck to the neighborhood and did letter streets until it was time to go home.
In hindsight, I very much rushed into cycling and ramped up that mileage way too much way too quickly. Plan this coming week to get out for rides of 30-45 mins in length, avoid hills, and keep the gears low.
