As per my Ortho's clearing me to test the waters of running, this week's plan is to begin with some walking/running but mostly keep to the cycling. I'll add incrementaly as the weeks go on.
Today, I warmed up for a while before I got out there to 3xwalk 5 mins with 2x1min running in between. Have to admit, felt super weird after not running a step in over 8 weeks. No pain in the knee, however, which is a good sign. Lots of stretching afterward.
