Treadmill at PT

Comments:
Following check-up 11 days ago, I am cleared to do a little more running here and there. Today at PT, I got to do 3x2 min walk, 1 min run, then minute-long cooldown. A full minute more of running than last time! Super solid session otherwise as well. Jesse noticed some form abnormalities:
- Weak hips (hip drop)
- splayed right foot
- buckling knees
- Unruly ankles

Hopefully I'll be able to work on these the next few months and hone the "fundamentals" of running.
