Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Late night run. Had a long day on the 6th floor and got home kinda late so I Had to eat and digest. it was warm and foggy out not a lot of folks on the streets. Ran down 16th to greenway then back on 23rd. Nice and easy mileage. I haven't run in a week almost and I could tell. Legs started out wound up a lot I just wanted to burst out, and then I could tell was getting a little gased coming back. Thats fine get out there put it in and control what you can. Glad I got the motivation to get out the door because I am tired after this week. Definitely readjusting to the schedule.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy quick stretch when I returned. Gonna feel sore probably and tight. Need to get mileage back legs can tell its been a few extra days.
